ReClaim ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our missed-call SMS automation service.
1. Information We Collect
Account information. When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and business details (business name, phone number, zip code, industry).
Call and SMS data. To provide the service, we process inbound call metadata (caller phone number, timestamp, duration) and outbound SMS messages sent on your behalf. We do not record voice calls.
Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We store only a Stripe customer ID and subscription status — we never see or store your full card number.
Usage data. We collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) to operate and improve the service.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the ReClaim service
- Send automated SMS messages to callers on your behalf
- Process payments and manage your subscription
- Send transactional emails (account activation, billing receipts)
- Respond to your support requests
- Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
- Comply with legal obligations
3. SMS Messaging and TCPA Compliance
ReClaim sends SMS messages to individuals who have called your business phone number. By using ReClaim, you represent that you have a legitimate business reason to contact these individuals and that your use of the service complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
You are solely responsible for the content of the SMS messages sent through ReClaim and for ensuring that recipients have not opted out of receiving messages from your business.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:
- Twilio — to send and receive SMS messages and provision phone numbers
- Stripe — to process payments
- Resend — to send transactional emails
- Law enforcement or regulators when required by law
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Call logs and SMS records are retained for up to 12 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
6. Security
We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure database access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights

8. Children's Privacy
ReClaim is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
